Church Hill Volunteer Fire Department Announces Plans to Purchase New Tanker

Church Hill, MD – The Board of Directors of the Church Hill Volunteer Fire Department have approved the purchase of a new 2500 gallon Pierce Arrow XT Engine Tanker through Atlantic Emergency Solutions. The new unit will offer increased capability on fire scenes by combining an attack engine concept with the ability to have a large volume of water immediately available for suppression. Engine Tanker 5 will replace a 1999 Kenworth/4-Guys tanker.
