This November, our very own 9-1-1 Dispatcher Erin Adams was recognized as the Maryland Emergency Numbers Association Telecommunicator of the Year!
Sponsored by the Maryland Emergency Number Systems Board, this award recognizes an individual, or entire shift of 9-1-1 Dispatchers for their outstanding service to the community. Erin is highly regarded by her colleagues as a team leader whose desire to help is greatly admired. When a call is received at the 9-1-1 Center, Caroline residents can rest assured that Erin and all of our Dispatchers will provide the highest level of compassion and service!
